Last day to register...

If you are a procrastinator like me, then you have waited until today to register. Well do not wait any longer. We need the next few days to complete preparations for Saturday. So if you still would like to bring your car on Saturday please follow the instructions below. Please note the morning slot (8:00 - 9:30AM) is full. 

The time you want to bring your car. Below please find your three choices:

   * 8:00 AM—9:30 AM - This slot is full
   * 10:00 AM—11:30 AM
   * 1:00 PM—2:30 PM

Only so many cars can be served in each time slot, so register today to make sure you get the time you need. These are also first come first serve so if you need to us to look at your car quickly, come early in your time slot.

The following information about your car

   * Make (Ford, Toyota, Honda etc...)
   * Model (Focus, Sienna, Accord etc...)
   * Year (1999, 2005, 2010 etc...)

We need this information to order the correct oil, oil filter, and air filter for your car.

Finally we need some contact information from you:

   * Name (First and Last)
   * e-mail address
   * Phone number

We will use this information to confirm your time, your car information, and contact you case we need to cancel Auto Care due to weather. You can contact us to register by e-mailing us at autocare@chapelgate.org or calling Chapelgate Presbyterian Church at (410) 442-7677 ext 299. The last day to register is 8 December.
